What are the criteria for inclusion of Property Fund under the CPF Investment Scheme (CPFIS)?
In considering the inclusion of Property Funds under the CPF Investment Scheme (CPFIS), the Board uses the following criteria:
 
  1. The property fund is offered by a company that is incorporated in Singapore;
  2. The property fund is listed on the Singapore Exchange (SGX) Mainboard;
  3. The property fund is traded in Singapore Dollars;
  4. The company allows Agent Banks to appoint all CPF unitholders of the property fund as proxies to attend and vote at meetings.
