My Dependants' Protection Scheme (DPS) claim has been approved. How will I receive my DPS claim payout?
Upon approval of the Dependants’ Protection Scheme (DPS) claim, Great Eastern Life (GEL) will disburse the DPS claim benefits to your PayNow account, which is linked to your Singapore NRIC and bank account. If you prefer not to receive your DPS claim benefits via PayNow, you may contact GEL directly. If payment made via PayNow is unsuccessful, GEL will contact you to check with you on your preferred payment mode.
