My appointed Trusted Contact is not receiving a copy of my notification when I perform CPF transactions. Why is this so?
The Trusted Contact service only sends notifications to your Trusted Contact for transactions below: 

  1. CPF lump sum withdrawals for immediate retirement needs 
  1. Contact details update 
  1. Bank account update 
  1. Daily withdrawal limit update 
If your Trusted Contact did not receive a notification, it may be because the transaction you performed is not covered by the Trusted Contact service.
 
However, if your Trusted Contact is not receiving notifications for any of the above transactions, please write to us via Singpass with the following details:  
 
  1. Name of your Trusted Contact 
  1. The type of transaction you performed, including the time and date    
  1. Screenshot of the notifications sent to you
