If your medical condition has improved, you may request a review of your Home Protection Scheme premium loading.
Write to us with your request and provide a medical report at your own cost.
Your medical report must be up-to-date from a medical institution in Singapore, clearly indicate improvement in your medical condition and include the following information:
- Diagnosis and diagnosis date
- Reason(s) of hospitalisation, if any
- Details of treatment(s)
- Date(s) and details of surgery, if any
- Details of complications, if any, and treatment rendered
- Current condition and treatment(s)
- Investigation test results
If your current condition still presents similar health risks, your premium loading will remain unchanged. We will assess your request and notify you of the outcome.
