If I have not made a CPF nomination at the point of my passing, what will be distributed to my family under intestacy laws?
If you have not made a CPF nomination at the point of your passing, we will pay the savings in your Ordinary, Special, MediSave and Retirement Accounts to the Public Trustee’s Office for distribution to your family member(s) in accordance with the relevant intestacy laws or inheritance certificate (for Muslims).
