If I have housing arrears, how do I apply to use my CPF savings to pay for it?
You can use your CPF savings to pay for housing arrears through the following methods:
 
If you have an HDB loan:
 
  1. Online Application
    • Visit HDB's website and log in with your Singpass
    • Navigate to: e-Services > Residential > Servicing your HDB Housing Loan > Pay Overdue Housing Loan or Upgrading Cost with CPF
    • Processing time: generally within three working days upon the receipt of your request from HDB
  1. In-person at HDB Branch
    • Complete the CPF withdrawal form (PHS9)
    • Book an appointment via the e-Appointment system before visiting
    • Processing time: generally within five working days upon the receipt of your request from HDB
Please note that all in-person services at HDB Branches require prior appointments.
 
If you have a bank loan:

  • Submit an online application with your Singpass at least five working days before the monthly instalment deduction date

  • Processing time: generally within three working days
