I no longer wish to be appointed as a Trusted Contact. How do I remove my appointment?
You can easily remove your appointment as a Trusted Contact via the Remove yourself from your loved ones’ Trusted Contact list e-form. You will need to login with your Singpass when you begin the e-form.
 
Before you proceed:
Verify that your contact details registered with CPF Board are correct. If you need to update your contact details, you can do so via Account settings before returning to this form. 

How to remove yourself as Trusted Contact:
  1. Select the person from whose Trusted Contact list you wish to remove yourself.  
  1. Review your selection before submitting the form.  
What happens next:
  • The removal will take immediate effect after successful submission.  
  • Both you and your appointer (from whom you have removed your appointment as Trusted Contact) will be notified.  
Important notes: 
  • You may need to verify your identity using enhanced authentication measures to complete the submission.
