I have submitted my Trusted Contact appointment request. How will my appointee be informed to accept my appointment request?
Notifications will be sent to your appointee via email, SMS and push notifications via the CPF Mobile app (if enabled) to inform them of your appointment request. While CPF Board will notify your appointee, we strongly encourage you to personally inform them of your appointment request beforehand. This helps to ensure that they are aware of the appointment request and understand their role as your Trusted Contact.
