I have redeemed my Healthpoints for MediShield Life premium discounts on the Healthy 365 app, but my Healthcare Dashboard shows no redemption. How long will it take for my Healthcare Dashboard to be updated?
After you have redeemed your Healthpoints for MediShield Life premium discounts, your Healthcare Dashboard will be updated with your premium discount information instantly. 
 
If the information does not appear, please log out of the CPF digital services and log back in to refresh your session.
