I have issues with my Singpass. What should I do?
Singpass is an authentication service governed by GovTech. CPF Board is one of the government agencies using Singpass and its two-factor authentication (2FA) service.
 
If you have any Singpass issues (e.g. unable to login via Singpass, forgot Singpass password, unable to receive SMS OTP), please contact the Singpass Helpdesk directly.
