I have applied for CareShield Life and my application has been approved. Why does it not show up on the Healthcare dashboard – “CareShield Life/ElderShield” section?
Your CareShield Life policy details will only be displayed on your Healthcare dashboard – “CareShield Life/ElderShield” section after successful deduction of your first premium.
 
Please be assured that your coverage has already commenced from the date your application was approved. You will be eligible to claim if the onset of severe disability falls on or after this date.
