I have already made CPF contributions as a platform worker. Do I still need to contribute MediSave in the following year for my other self-employed work?
For work year 2025 onwards, if you are only receiving platform earnings in the year, platform operators would have deducted and paid the CPF contributions on your platform earnings for you every month. Therefore, you do not need to make your own MediSave contributions on such platform earnings in the following year.

If you derive self-employed income from non-platform work (e.g. giving tuition, or taxi street-hail jobs), you will still need to make MediSave contributions on these incomes in the following year on your own, as per status quo, after you have declared your net trade income (NTI) to the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS). Your MediSave contributions are computed on your NTI after excluding net earnings from your platform work as declared to CPF Board by your platform operator(s). CPF Board will inform you of your mandatory MediSave contributions once IRAS has assessed your income.
