I encountered an error informing me that the person I intend to appoint as my Trusted Contact is not eligible. What should I do?
The person you are trying to appoint as your Trusted Contact is not eligible to use the service.

Your Trusted Contact must:
  • Be a CPF member aged 21 and above 
  • Be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident  
  • Have both a Singapore-registered mobile number and email address registered with CPF Board
Please consider appointing a different person as your Trusted Contact instead.
