I encountered an error informing me that I cannot remove my appointment as Trusted Contact because my appointer’s contact details are incomplete. Can CPF Board assist to remove my appointment?
Please inform your appointer to update their contact details with CPF Board. Once your appointer has successfully updated their contact details, you may proceed to remove your appointment as a Trusted Contact via the Remove yourself from your loved ones’ Trusted Contact list e-form.

If this is not possible, you may write to us via Singpass with the following details:
  1.  A screenshot of the error page, 
  1. The name and NRIC number of the appointer you wish to remove 
You may also visit any CPF Service Centre to remove your Trusted Contact appointment in person. Please schedule a visit to any CPF Service Centre as counter services are available by booking only.
