I encountered an error informing me that I cannot remove my appointed Trusted Contact because their contact details are incomplete. What should I do?
Please inform the person you are trying to remove as your Trusted Contact to register both a Singapore-registered mobile number and an email address with CPF Board. Once your Trusted Contact has successfully updated their contact details, you may proceed to remove the Trusted Contact via the e-form.

If this is not possible, you may write to us via Singpass with the following details:
  1.  A screenshot of the error page, 
  1. The name and NRIC number of the Trusted Contact you wish to remove 
You may also visit any CPF Service Centre to remove the Trusted Contact in person. Please schedule a visit to any CPF Service Centre, as counter services are available by booking only.
