Please inform the person you are trying to remove as your Trusted Contact to register both a Singapore-registered mobile number and an email address with CPF Board. Once your Trusted Contact has successfully updated their contact details, you may proceed to remove the Trusted Contact via the e-form.
If this is not possible, you may
write to us via Singpass with the following details:
- A screenshot of the error page,
- The name and NRIC number of the Trusted Contact you wish to remove
You may also visit any CPF Service Centre to remove the Trusted Contact in person. Please
schedule a visit to any CPF Service Centre, as counter services are available by booking only.
