I am making a reimbursement claim from my insurer/employer for my medical bills. Is it compulsory for me to provide a hardcopy healthcare payments and claims statement to them?
CPF Board does not require any documents from your insurer or employer to process the reimbursement. You need not provide hardcopy healthcare payments and claims statement to make a reimbursement claim. If your insurer or employer requires such a statement, they should accept a digital copy.
