I am a Trusted Contact. Why am I not allowed to transact on my appointer’s behalf or view the CPF account balances and statements?
As a Trusted Contact, you serve as an extra pair of eyes to help safeguard your appointer from potential scams. To meet this objective, you will receive a copy of the notifications whenever important transactions occur in your appointer’s CPF account.

We strike a balance between enabling you to support your appointer and protecting their privacy. You can only receive key transaction information through notifications to help you monitor for suspicious transactions - you cannot view your appointer's full CPF account details, make transactions, or change any account settings on their behalf. This ensures you can help identify suspicious transactions while your appointer's account privacy remains protected.
