I am a nominee of a deceased CPF member. How can I access the member's CPF account information?
If CPF Board is notified of the death of the member on or after 1 February 2024
 
If you are a nominee of the deceased CPF member, you can view the deceased member's CPF information on the Deceased CPF Member Dashboard, by logging in with your Singpass. Please wait at least 10 working days from the notice of death.
 
If you do not have Singpass, please submit a request instead.
 
If you are a family member but not a nominee, you can visit this FAQ to find out how you can also access the deceased member's CPF account information.
 
If CPF Board is notified of the death of the member before 1 February 2024
 
Only authorised persons appointed by the deceased member can view his CPF account information. If you are an authorised person, please submit a request to view the deceased member’s CPF account information.
