How will the deceased member's CPF savings be distributed to a nominee who is certified to lack mental capacity permanently?

If the nominee has a donee appointed through a Lasting Power of Attorney or a deputy appointed via a court order under the Mental Capacity act, the donee and deputy can submit the withdrawal application and receive payment on the nominee's behalf.
