Our normal processing time for refunds from the sale of your property to your CPF account is three to 15 working days, depending on how the funds are transmitted.

- Within three working days if the funds and refund details are transmitted electronically.
- Within 15 working days from the date we receive the cheque or cashier’s order if the funds and refund details are manually submitted to us. This includes the time needed to clear cheque or cashier’s orders.

Before we can process your refund, we will first need to receive the funds from the relevant parties. Typically, we receive refunds from HDB within four to eight weeks from the date of completion, and from your lawyers within one week from the date of completion. Our processing time will begin once we have received the funds.
