Our normal processing time for refunds of excess payments made to HDB or your bank is three to fifteen working days, depending on how the funds are transmitted.

Process the refund of excess payment made to HDB or the bank

- Within three working days if the funds and refund details are transmitted electronically
- Within fifteen working days from the date we receive the cheque or cashier’s order if the funds and refund details are manually submitted to us. This includes the time needed to clear cheque or cashier’s orders.
