The service standards to process your withdrawal application are stated in the table below:

PayNow NRIC-linked bank account: Once you have updated your registered bank account with CPF Board to your PayNow NRIC-linked bank account via Account settings and completed the 12-hour cooling period, the payment is generally immediate upon the submission of your online withdrawal application
Other bank accounts: Generally up to five working days after date of submission

Members whose applications require additional verification checks (e.g. members with outstanding tax liabilities and/or pending information from our service partners) will have longer processing time and will not be able to withdraw their CPF savings via PayNow.
