How long does it take to process my application to start my monthly payouts?
Our normal processing time for applications to start monthly payouts from retirement savings is three days to two weeks*.
 
* Your application may take up to two weeks to process if you have submitted multiple payout decisions via the Plan my monthly payouts service.
 
Monthly payouts will start at 65 or within one month (whichever is later) after your instruction is processed.
