You can view up to 24 months of electronic ROP via CPF EZPay. To access this service, your company's authorised officers must be assigned the 'CPF EZPay' e-Service through Corppass portal, which enables access control at CSN level. For setup instructions, please visit
cpf.gov.sg/corppassuserguide. Once configured, you may refer to our
guide on viewing ROP within CPF EZPay.
As good record keeping practice, you should save a copy of your ROP. We do not provide retrieval of past ROPs. If you did not retain a copy of your past ROPs, you can seek other documents (e.g. company’s bank statement, payroll or financial statement).
