How do I track the status of my request to pay for my dependant's MediShield Life premiums?
You can log in to Activities to track the status of your request to pay your dependant(s)' MediShield Life premiums.
 
For subsequent policy renewals, you will receive a premium notification about a month before the policy is renewed. You can also log in to Healthcare dashboard 'Coverage and premium details' for information on your and/or your dependants' MediShield Life premiums and subsidies.
