Services for employer or self-employed matters are only available through our digital services, hotline or Write to us.
 
For assistance on CPF-related matters, you can make an appointment to visit any of our Service Centres or to speak with our Customer Service Executive over the phone.
 
Please note that counter services are available by appointment only.
