How do I make an appointment with CPF?
You can book a phone appointment to speak with a Customer Service Executive at your preferred time.
 
For matters that require in-person assistance, you can make an appointment to visit any of our Service Centres.
 
For employer or self-employed matters, assistance is available through our digital services, hotline, Write to us or phone appointment. In-person appointments are not available for these matters.
