How do I deactivate the CPF Safety Switch?
You may request to deactivate the CPF Safety Switch through one of the following methods:
  1. Call the CPF hotline at 1800-227-1188 (+65-6227-1188 if calling from overseas) and select option ‘8’ after choosing your language during operating hours
  2. Make an appointment to visit any of the CPF Service Centres during operating hours
Note that your deactivation request will take around three to five working days to process, after we successfully verify your identity.
