How do I claim from MediShield Life / Integrated Shield Plan (IP) and MediSave for my medical expenses?
You may inform the participating medical institution(s) that you wish to make a claim from your MediShield Life or Integrated Shield Plan and use your MediSave to pay for your medical expenses. The medical institution will provide you with a copy of the Medical Claims Authorisation Form to complete. It authorises them to check how much you can utilise from your healthcare plans and submit the medical claim on your behalf.
 
You may use the MediSave and MediShield Life claims calculator to estimate how much you can withdraw from your MediSave and / or claim from MediShield Life.
