Alternatively, you can visit any of our CPF Service Centres and complete the CPF Nomination Form in the presence of our Customer Service Executives (CSEs) who can act as your witnesses and clarify any questions you may have. You can book an appointment with us through our
CPF Appointment Service at the CPF website. The appointment can be made on your preferred date and time, subject to the availability of appointment slots.
Your new nomination will supersede your earlier nomination.
