You will receive an email and SMS to your registered contact details notifying you of the outcome of your activation request. Note that we will not be able to reach you if you have no registered contact details with us.
If you wish to update your contact details, you may do so via the
Account settings page on CPF website, before activating CPF Safety Switch.
SMS notifications from CPF Board will only be sent from the “
gov.sg” sender ID, and the email address will end with @cpf.gov.sg or @e.cpf.gov.sg.
After CPF Safety Switch has been activated, you will not be able to log in to your CPF account.
