How do I defer or restart my CPF LIFE monthly payouts?
You can defer your monthly payouts using our Plan My Monthly Payouts service.
 
You can use the same service to restart your monthly payouts any time before age 70. Please note that your payouts will automatically start at age 70, even if you have not submitted any instruction to do so.
