You can make a CPF nomination online by logging in to my cpf digital services with your Singpass. Making your nomination online is convenient as it can be done anytime, anywhere. You will need to prepare your Singpass, as well as the particulars of your nominee(s) and witnesses.
 
You can visit any ServiceSG Centre to seek assistance in making an online nomination. See the list of ServiceSG Centres locations and its operating hours.
 
At CPF Service Centres
 
Alternatively, you may visit any of our CPF Service Centres to make your CPF nomination. Please make an appointment at least one working day in advance, as counter services at CPF Service Centre are available by appointment only. Our Customer Service Executives will act as your witnesses for your nomination. Find out what are the supporting documents you need to bring along with you.
