How can I get my title deed for my property
You can obtain your title deed after fully paying off your housing loan. The process varies depending on your property type and earlier loan arrangement.

If you own an HDB flat with HDB loan
  • Contact HDB directly to retrieve your title deed.
If you own an HDB flat with a bank loan
  • Contact your bank to retrieve your title deed.
If you own a private property
  • When you use CPF savings to purchase a private property, a CPF charge is created on your property to secure repayment of the amount used plus accrued interest when the property is sold. This CPF charge may remain on the property even after your housing loan is fully paid off.
  • Once your mortgage and all other charges (including the CPF charge and other registered charges) are fully discharged, please contact SLA to issue your title deed.
