Do I need to make any CPF refunds if I sell my share of the property to my ex-spouse?
Yes, the full required CPF refunds will have to be made to your CPF account upon your part-share sale of the property to your ex-spouse.

If you intend to transfer your share of the property to your ex-spouse with no or partial CPF refunds to be made to your account, you may wish to consider obtaining a court order for a transfer of property instead. Please note that the relevant requirements in Part 3A of the CPF Act will apply.
