Can the Board automatically deduct the monthly instalment shortfall for my property from my co-owner's CPF account?
No, we are not authorised to automatically deduct the monthly instalment shortfall from your co-owner's CPF account for your property.  All property owners will need to communicate and agree on how to co-pay the monthly instalments.  
 
Each co-owner will then need to submit their own application to instruct the use of their CPF savings for the property.
