Can I use my nominee's passport number as their identification number?
We strongly recommend that you indicate the NRIC equivalent of your nominee’s home country. Passports can expire, and your nominees may not retain possession of their expired passports for which they will need to produce when they apply to withdraw a deceased member’s CPF savings.

Nominees may face delays in receiving the deceased member’s CPF savings if they cannot produce the relevant passport documents.
