Can I use my CPF savings to pay for the legal fees incurred when I buy a property? If so, how should I go about doing it?
You can use your Ordinary Account (OA) savings to pay for the legal fees incurred when you buy a property.
You will need to
apply
through HDB if you are taking an HDB loan, or through your lawyer if you are taking a bank loan.
