Can I use MediSave to pay for Accident and Emergency (A&E) expenses?
You can use your MediSave to pay for Accident and Emergency (A&E) expenses if you are subsequently admitted to the hospital after seeking care at the A&E department, subject to the MediSave withdrawal limits applicable to your inpatient or day surgery bill.

If you are not admitted, you cannot use MediSave to pay for standalone A&E expenses. However, if you have incurred A&E expenses for a CT scan performed for traumatic brain injury at the A&E department of an approved medical institution in Singapore, you can withdraw from your MediSave through the medical institution under the MediSave withdrawal limit for outpatient scans.
