If you have recently renounced your Singapore Citizenship/ Permanent Residency, please log in to
my cpf digital services while you still have access to your Singpass account. You may wish to download any CPF information you need, including your Yearly Statement of Account for the past 10 years (if applicable), and settle any outstanding matters related to your CPF account.
Please note that we do not provide CPF statements beyond the past 10 years.
Due to difficulties in authenticating a caller’s identity over the phone and email, we seek your understanding that the Board is unable to disclose any information relating to a specific CPF account over phone or email. This is for your own protection.
The Board would like to assure that your full CPF balances will be transferred to your bank account
upon your request, after the
closure of your CPF account.
