Can I make a one-time authorisation to use my MediSave for my immediate family members' medical expenses in different Medical Institutions without signing a new form at each Medical Institution?
You will need to authorise the use of your MediSave for your immediate family member's medical expenses by signing the Medical Claims Authorisation Form (Single Institution) at each Medical Institution. This is to reduce the likelihood that your MediSave is used for subsequent treatments at the same institution and/or other institutions without your knowledge.
