No, you cannot choose which CPF account to withdraw from.
For all CPF members, your lumpsum withdrawals will only be withdrawn from your Ordinary Account.
However, if you are born from 1957 onwards and have not started your monthly payouts, lumpsum withdrawals will be made in the following order:
