As a member or an ex-spouse, what are my options if I am an undischarged bankrupt under division of CPF savings in a divorce?
The Court may still grant a transfer order or a charging order; similar to a member/ or an ex-spouse who is not an undischarged bankrupt.
 
If you are the ex-spouse, and payment is to be made to you under a charging order, please check with the Official Assignee whether you can receive the CPF savings.
