After the transfer or sale of the matrimonial property has been completed pursuant to the existing court order, I reached a different agreement with my ex-spouse on the division of CPF assets. Can we undo the transfer or sale?
The CPF Board has no power under the relevant legislation to reverse the transfer or sale of the property.
