If I have not fully withdrawn the $5,000 that I could withdraw unconditionally when I reached age 55, what will happen when my Special Account is closed?

At the point your Special Account (SA) is closed, any savings in your SA that form part of your $5,000 unconditional withdrawal amount will be transferred to your Ordinary Account, which you can continue to withdraw anytime.
