Do I need to inform the Board to terminate the housing monthly instalment from my CPF account if my housing loan is fully paid by the Home Protection Scheme claim?

You do not need to do anything. If your Home Protection Scheme (HPS) sum assured has fully paid off your outstanding home loan, CPF Board will work with your mortgage provider to stop deducting money from the CPF accounts of all the joint-owner(s).
