I received Matched Retirement Savings Scheme matching grants in the past, before the $20,000 lifetime cap takes effect in early 2025. Will the past matching grants count towards this $20,000 lifetime cap?

The enhancements to the Matched Retirement Savings Scheme are effective from 2025 and thus, the lifetime cap will only be applied from 2025 onwards. Matching grants received in the past for cash top-ups made prior to 2025, will not count towards the $20,000 lifetime cap.
