Will my login credentials remain the same after the transition to the new CPFV app?

You do not need to re-submit your user information. However, when you download and enter the updated CPFV app, you are required to enter your mobile number and email address that were used in the app’s previous version. OTPs will be used in place of passwords moving forward. All past and present password data are not stored in the CPFV app nor able to be accessed by us.
