What is the purpose of providing referrer’s details in the CPF Online services?

The Community Paying it Forward movement was launched in April 2021 to encourage individuals to share useful CPF information with others. This will help members better understand CPF and make informed decisions on the use of their CPF savings.

To thank volunteers who have made a positive impact, we have introduced a “Referrer Name” field in selected CPF online services. If someone has shared a CPF scheme or service with you, please provide the referrer’s details, which can include the referrer’s name, email address, or mobile number registered under the CPFV mobile app. By doing so, we can extend our appreciation to these individuals and assess the effectiveness of this initiative.

It is important to note that inputting referrer's details will not affect your application nor request
