How will I be notified about the status of my update bank account application?
You will receive an SMS and email notification to the local mobile number and email address registered with CPF Board upon the following:
- Submission of the application to update your bank account details
- Successful update of your bank account details
- Unsuccessful update of your bank account details
You can also check the status of your online application under My Activities.
If the changes made to your bank account details are unauthorised, please contact your bank to freeze your bank account immediately and reset your Singpass. If you are age 55 and above, you can also activate the CPF Withdrawal Lock under Account settings to instantly disable online withdrawal.
