Who are the family members eligible to access the CPF account information of a deceased CPF member?
Family members, as defined under the Intestacy or Inheritance law distribution rules, will be eligible to access the information.
a. If the deceased member is a Muslim:
The eligible family members under the Muslim Inheritance law will be based on the Certificate of Inheritance issued by the Syariah Court.
b. If the deceased member is a non-Muslim:
The eligible family members will be based on the Intestate Succession Act distribution rules, in the following order:
